- Lead the ChatGPT Enterprise rollout, including security and acceptable-use approvals, director briefings, onboarding, weekly office hours and adoption tracking.
- Conduct AI discovery workshops with customer service operations and the project management office, which produced a backlog of 35 use cases I help prioritize with my manager and director.
- Built a pipeline that classifies about 80,000 customer service emails by intent, so the operations director can decide whether to keep email as a support channel or move it into online chat.
- Point person on an Azure AI Foundry agent that Microsoft is building for us. I handle requirements, acceptance criteria and testing.
- Own GitHub Copilot for the development team. I recommend models, test new ones as they come out, and coach developers on agentic engineering. Train business users on M365 Copilot.
- Work with my manager on forecasts for the AI team's tooling, staffing and costs.

- Built a GPT pipeline that read 330,000 customer comments to find a specific meter defect. The meter shop manager and I tuned it against confirmed cases. It found batches of defective natural gas meters, and the company made warranty claims on them.
- Built a RAG chatbot proof of concept in Databricks with LangChain, Databricks Apps and a React front end, including retrieval evaluation, guardrails and user feedback.
- Led AMI operational monitoring delivery in partnership with Gas Measurement Integrity, including ingestion design and endpoint monitoring dashboards used by key groups across the company.
- Improved production anomaly detection by replacing weaker ML-style approaches with tested SQL-based rules in Databricks, increasing verified detections.
- Led root-cause analysis, stakeholder coordination, vendor management and rollout planning for a production workflow fix that reduced duplicate task creation.
- Evaluated AI coding tools for the organization and trained the back-end team on them.
